How and When Can I Start?
I need to have your express authorization to proceed with preparing the patent application. Before beginning, I require a retainer, usually $2,000, concurrently with the authorization. THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER. ALL RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance of the initial legal fee, filing fee and expenses (such as drafting expenses) are due when the application is executed by you for filing in the Patent Office.
